Sarah Tremaine is being introduced as our first participant in the Barn Swallow’s Artisan of the Month series! Her hand-dyed, felted, and silk garments have been featured in our gallery for many years. Sarah uses Nuno felting technique to bring life to fabric. Nuno Felting is a technique first developed by Australian fiber artist Polly Stirling in 1992.

Sarah's demonstrations will take place on Sunday June 17 at 1pm and 3pm at the Barn Swallow Artisan Gallery at 796 Gillums Ridge Rd, Charlottesville, VA, 22903
